What do I need to provide?

Nothing! We provide everything needed for your chosen package- including pass the parcel and music. If you would like anything extra such as prizes we are happy to give them out however we will not provide them.

Age recommendations
Our Amethyst Appearance and Super Visit are suitable for all ages. We suggest 4 years + for all other packages. This is just a recommendation based on the difficulty of activities, if the age does differ we are more than happy to adapt the packages to suit- activities may vary.

Do you have availability on this date?
Just fill in our booking form! This doesn't require any payment, just fill in the information and we will get back to you with date and performer availability. We are unable to check availability without a fully completed booking form.

When should I book?
As early as possible, secure your date! We open bookings 3 months in advance, and suggest you reach our as soon as possible. We book up fast so suggest having multiple date options.

Is it suitable for boys?
Yes! All are parties are suited for all children, our games and activities are fun and interactive for all!

Venues
Anywhere you like! Just take the package and number of children into account. For example, we recommend a hall for a full class Pirate and Princess package to allow plenty of space for activities. A table space with chairs will be required for makeovers, tattoos or glitter gel.

How many characters can I have?
Invite as many as you like, we have a large team of performers available to accommodate large bookings. There will be an additional fee for each extra character, as well as an additional travel fee for more than 4 characters. Make sure to book bigger groups further in advance to guarantee our availability. Be aware, more characters need more space!

Met a character before?
If your little one has fallen in love with one of our specific performers, we are happy to prioritise them specifically to visit on your special day. We do not guarantee requests.

Other entertainers?
Other entertainment will influence the activities carried out during our packages, even a face painter! We ask bouncy castles are taken down during our appearance. Other entertainers will affect our schedule so please get in touch to discuss your party plans!
